On Friday 16th June, pupils from Form I-IV presented their annual Summer Serenade. The soloists on the evening were Eleanor Black (clarinet) and Eleanor Green (voice) from Form I; Martha-Rose Rooney (voice) and Niamh McIlroy (cello) from Form II and Aaron McGrotty (piano) from Form III. Maya Reilly Stewart from Form II performed in a violin duet with Anna Quinn (Form IV) and a double bass duet with Jonny Hayward, also in Form II. The Brass, Flute, Saxophone and Clarinet Quartets all performed admirably, especially considering one group lost their music at 7:26pm…..

The Junior Chamber Choir, Junior Trad and Junior Wind Band were the backbone of the Concert and actually sounded quite good in parts! Well done to all involved. It was a lovely evening of music and a perfect way to round off the academic year!!
