LVI ENGINEERING SUMMER PROJECT

Queen’s University Belfast in collaboration with FG Wilson (Engineering) Limited are offering Lower 6th pupils an insight into studying engineering and the life changing opportunities this could lead to.  A programme will run from Monday 20 – Friday 24th August (approx 9.45-4.00pm each day) at QUB.  The programme has been designed to offer students an insight into studying engineering at university and will include a range of interactive workshops and presentations on Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, operations in FG Wilson’s SWE (Simulated Work Environment), making UCAS applications and careers opportunities in engineering.

Participation in the programme is FREE and participants will receive a £65 learning allowance, to cover transport and meal costs, based on a full week of attendance.
