The School hosted a fabulous Gala Ball on 27th April 2024 in the magnificent Titanic Suite at Titanic Belfast. Organised by the School in partnership with the The Old Boys’ Association, The Old Girls’ Association and Friends of the Academy (FOTA), more than 300 of our alumni, parents and staff came together to raise funds for the 1785 Foundation. We are grateful to Claire McCollum who hosted the event with warmth and professionalism, and to three distinguished members of our alumni - Iain Henderson, Professor Paul Seawright and Faye Kidd - who took part in short Q&A discussions, talking about how their time at the School prepared them for their current careers. Live musical entertainment was provided by the Jukebox Jurors and DJ Andy Webber.
